“My voice is kinda shot right now. Ginger tea and vocal rest should help tho. I’m HELLA amped for manana at the same time nervous cuz I don’t know if i’ll be 100 %. God please PLEASE be on my side.”—BTW, I have some surprise background singers for tomorrow’s show!!
IDK man.. This type of shit has been happening to our Bay Area artists for the LONGEST time. Young cats on the come up got some new shit that’s trend setting, and some industry lame comes and jacks it to later capitalizes on it. SMGDH
I tweeted the homie Mike Dash E and asked him about how he felt about the the whole thing and he said..
MikeDashE@Antwanskiit’s Tyga that’s why idk either or I like both records I just wanna hear clap city cuz it’s the bay version
..and that’s wasup. Much respect to the brotha to for keeping his integrity and totally not being bias with the whole thing, BUT everybody here knows that Clap City IS THE ORIGINAL VERSION and shit bangs so much harder than that Rack City bullshit. S/o to Drizzy for least acknowledging the late Mac Dre and the Bay on The Motto even though the whole song sounds like IAMSU's steez. Damn, it's crazy yo.. I would be mad frustrated if I were the homies, but on the same token it should gratifying to know that these Young Money cats are recognizing the real. That just lets you know that the new talent in The Bay is that much closer to breaking through and being successful is this game. Salute to Mike Dash E, IAMSU, Jay Ant, and P-Lo for making a classic and solidifying the movement here in Bay.
